How to be a new me.
One. Take a deep breath and let everything go.
Two. From now on breath in the good, breath out the bad.
Three. Try to make amends, understand if some are unwilling to make amends, you have hurt them and they may need time to heal.
Four. Start jogging, doing yoga, Pilates, crossfit. Something to get you up and going and get you to that summer bod you drool over yet never achieve.
Five. Get a good night sleep! Go to bed earlier and wake up early with a smile and make breakfast.
Six. Eat healthier, more greens less brownies.
Seven. DON’T gossip!!!!!
Eight. Smile everyday and say something positive towards your self.
Nine. Your friends are not disposable so treat them with dignity and respect.
Ten. Live. Laugh. Love.
